Possible causes:

 Missing "Consumer Key" and "Consumer Secret" when setting up ChannelUnity in WooCommerce.

Step-by-step guide

    1. Login to WooCommerce

    2. Using the column options, navigate to 'WooCommerce > Settings' 

    3. Select the 'ChannelUnity' tab and enter CU login details
    4. Tick the 'reconnect' box
    5. Save changes
