This article will show you how to create custom eBay Listing Themes for your eBay listings using a template in the Unity Store,

To start, you will need to be logged into your ChannelUnity account. You will then need to click on: Setup > Listing Themes, which will then bring you to a screen that looks like this:

From here, you will need to click on "Select theme from Unity Store" which will then bring you to a screen that looks like this:

You will then need to click the orange "Free" icon for the template you would like to use. In this example we will be using CU Template 2.

After adding your chosen template, you will then come to a screen that looks like this, on this screen you will need to click the small pencil icon between the magnifying glass and delete button.

This will then load the Theme Template WYSIWYG editor, and you can now start editing your template:

Here you can edit things like your Title (this is just the name by which the theme will be referred to and does not show on your listings in any other way).

You can then edit and amend the main template by adding your company name, logo, and adding assets taken from the fields in your cart, as well as updating the Returns, Shipping and Payment Policy in the same way you would edit a Word Document, or similar.

As you can see from the example above, we have edited the theme template by adding our store name and logo to the top of the page, inserting custom fields from our cart ({Product Price}, {Product Vendor}, and {Product Meta Keywords}), as well as adding additional despatch information and filling or the Return, Shipping and Payment policies.

We can then preview how this Listing Template will look on one of our items, firstly you will need to click the blue "Preview" button. When the preview screen has loaded, you can then preview your listing by searching for both the product and the subscription.

In this example we want to preview how our Nokia 2610 will look on eBay.co.uk. To start searching for this item, we first clicked on the "Product" drop down, and then started typing in "phone" to search for our item.

When the search results have filtered the products, click on the item you wish to preview, and then in the "Subscription" field, select the connected marketplace you'd like to use this theme with (in this example eBay.co.uk)

Then you will need to click the blue, "Preview" Button, once you have viewed this preview, you can simply click the "Close" button to return to the WYSIWYG editor.

Once you're happy with the theme, simply click on the green "Save" icon, and that's it! You've successfully created a Listing Theme.
