This feature assumes you have already have a custom HTML eBay template and are confident in using basic HTML. If you do not have a custom HTML eBay template please email support@channelunity.com and we can recommend one of our partner companies.

To start, you will need to be logged into your ChannelUnity account. You will then need to click on: Setup > Listing Themes, which will then bring you to a screen that looks like this:

From here, you will need to click on "Create New Theme" which will then bring you to a screen that looks like this:

On this screen you will need to give your Listing Theme a Title and once you've filled out this field you will then need to click on the "Source" icon.

This will then bring you onto a screen that looks like this:

Click anywhere in the text and hold down CTRL (Windows) or CMD (Mac) when clicking. CTRL and A  (Windows) or CMD (Mac)  and A and then press delete to clear the text.

Then, navigate to the document that has your predesigned eBay HTML Theme code (in this example we are copying our code from Text Wrangler on a Mac), text and hold down CTRL (Windows) or CMD (Mac) when clicking. CTRL and A  (Windows) or CMD (Mac)  and A and then right click and copy that text onto your clipboard.

You will then need to navigate back into ChannelUnity, click within the source text, right click and then paste the code from your clipboard and then click the green "Save Changes" button.

You will then see a confirmation screen like this, and that's it! You've successfully created a Listing Theme using Custom HTML.
